Emails will be sent to all eligible voters from the FSA Info account (fsa.info@ufv.ca) via Simple Survey at this time. Each of these emails will contain a unique link to an electronic ballot. Click on the link and you will be taken to your ballot. Ballots are mobile-friendly and easily viewable from any desktop, phone or tablet.

After completing the ballot, the unique individual link is destroyed. Importantly, each individual receives their own link; do not forward this email to any other individuals. Following submission of your ballot, you will see a screen confirming its acceptance. Reminders will be sent automatically to those who do not complete their ballots. These reminders also will contain the link to your ballot. Only those individuals who have not completed their ballot will be emailed reminders.
