The Collective Agreement is a joint, legally binding document between the FSA and UFV. This agreement is crucial in defining the rights and working conditions of faculty and staff at UFV. It is important to know your responsibilities and rights, so you should familiarize yourself with your Collective Agreement.
Our current agreement expires in March of 2014; however, its provisions will still be in effect until a new contract is bargained. Along with most other universities and colleges in the province, we anticipate bargaining to begin in the fall of 2014.
