The 2023 FSA by-election voting results are as follows:
I elect the following person for the position of President:
In total, 334 votes were cast, of which six (6) votes were spoiled. Spoiled votes are not counted in the totals beside each name.

- Cary Britton (67)
I elect the following person for the executive position of Joint Occupational Health & Safety Co-Chair:
In total, 294 votes were cast, of which six (6) votes were spoiled. Spoiled votes are not counted in the totals beside each name.
- Mariano Mapili (181) – ELECTED
- Chris Flood (107)
