We would like to thank everyone who participated in this year's Annual General Meeting. The following results are from online ballots completed between May 10 – May 13, 2022, which were sent to members UFV email accounts.

Motion: to receive the Review Engagement Report for 2020-2021, which has been independently reviewed by Key Financial Group. (Incorporated partner, Hanna Barton & Company Ltd)

(124 Respondents: 120 in Favour, 4 Not in Favour)

Motion: to approve the Proposed Budget and Executive Release Structure for the 2022-2023 fiscal year.

(124 respondents: 119 in Favour, 5 Not in Favour)

Motion: to appoint the firm of Key Financial Group  for the 2021-2022 Review Engagement.(Incorporated partner, Hanna Barton & Company Ltd)

(125 Respondents: 123 in Favour, 2 Not in Favour)

Motion: to receive the Annual Reports.

Motion: to approve the Outstanding Service Award Policy and Charitable Donations Policy as amended.

According to section 4.2 of the Constitution, newly elected and acclaimed officers will take office on June 1, 2022.
